AMO.AGO was founded by French chef Julien. He established this culinary workshop in Hong Kong, infusing their passion into every dish they create.

The name 'AMO.AGO' means 'I love, I do', reflecting their dedication and commitment to the art of cooking. Julien and Paula's multicultural backgrounds have brought fresh elements and creativity to Hong Kong's diverse food scene
